  • 1Is it possible to recover a withdrawed account?
    Account withdrawal will not be deleted as soon as you apply for withdrawal in order to prevent the expected damage from withdrawal due to account theft, not your intention. All accounts except guest accounts are given a 7-day grace period and all game data will be deleted after 7 days. If you do not want to delete your account, you can cancel your withdrawal by accessing the account.

    *However, guest accounts will be withdrawn immediately upon request.*

    Please note that once an account is withdrawn, it will be difficult to recover it.
  • 2I want to transfer my existing account to other phone.
    In the case of a guest account, you can log in from other devices by binding (link) with Game Center (iOS), Google Store (Android), and Facebook.

    If you want to move your account due to other changes to your mobile phone device, you can process after verifying your identity.

    When transferring an account, you need to create a new account. Transfer data from the old account to the new account.

  • 5I want to refund, what is the refund method?
    In the case of refund of the purchased item, the subscription can be withdrawn within 7 days from the date of purchase, and even within 7 days, the withdrawal of subscription may be restricted if the product is used for buy item or opened.

    However, for iOS users, in accordance with Apple's refund policy, iOS payments are refunded directly from Apple, so please contact the App Store customer center for a refund consultation.
